A Thank You and Information

We had a fantastic day at Mona Shores Arts and Crafts Show!  It was so much fun meeting those of you who came out.  I never get sick of talking to people about furniture and repurposing items, etc.  Does that make me weird??!!  Here's a few shots of our booth.  I can't believe we crammed all that stuff into such a tiny space!

A HUGE thanks to everyone who helped us set up and take down (I hope you know who you are!).  Also, just to clarify, because so many people asked... we do not have a brick and mortar shoppe.  We would love to, but we all work other jobs and really, this just started out as a hobby and turned into an obsession small business.

We do rent space at an adorable store called Colby's Hokey Pokey.  They also have a facebook page.  It is worth the trip to check them out!

Also, not all of the beautiful treasures were created by Vintage Redefined.  My Aunt and I do the craft show together and she operates under the name of Suzette Heeres Designs.  If you are looking for one of her fabulous photography prints, an adorable snow lady and/or the snow villages in a jar, you can contact me and I will put you in touch with her.  She'd love to hear from you!

AND, if you're still reading this, I wanted to remind you that we also have a facebook page and we would enjoy some love over there.  Come check us out.  Maybe you'll *like* us??

I am going to update furniture that we still have available soon, so be sure to check back!

Grey & Pink Side Table with Casters

This beauty is done in a beautiful grey/khaki color with a pink drawer.  It also has a marble looking top that adds a rich-looking touch.

I forgot to mention that it has adorable little caster feet that make me smile and it's available at Colby's Hokey Pokey!

Ornate Blue and White Round Table

What an ornate, beautiful round table!  It's not too big and it's not too small.  It has gorgeous detail work that peeks out from dark wax and slight distressing.

It is available at Colby's Hokey Pokey in Whitehall, MI.

Blue/White Vanity or Desk

In need of a new desk/vanity?  This is the one for you!!  It is painted a beautiful light turquoise blue with white drawers.  It has the original vintage hardware.  It looks great with or without the mirror.

The dresser in the background is no longer available.... sorry to disappoint.

The vanity is available at Colby's Hokey Pokey in Whitehall, MI.

Brown and White Coffee Table

This Shabby Chic number turned out SOOOOO cute that I just had to show it to you.  Fortunately for one lucky customer, she gets to bring it home and enjoy it.  Unfortunately for the rest of us, it's sold!  Boohoo!  (There will be others!)

I am absolutely loving grey and white!  This was a custom order and it turned out beautifully!  I am loving the detail and curves and the original vintage hardware.

This will look great behind our client's couch.  We hope you love it!

Redefined Farmhouse Table, Bench and Mirror

This past week, Vintage Redefined had the pleasure of traveling to New York to mix some business with pleasure.  We were able to custom paint a few pieces for Erin Murphy, the Creative Director of {EM} Reservoir and her beautiful Hudson River House.  If you haven't had the chance to check out her urban/rustic line of clothes, go to her website and check it out now!  (Don't worry, my stuff will still be here, what are you waiting for? Go!)

You may remember me talking about our lovely outdoor workshop.  Well, this beautiful rustic farmhouse table and bench were just asking us for a redefinition, so we painted the table a beautiful turquoise and the bench an off white (both with light distressing).

This rug was the source of inspiration for the color palette.  I in fact wish I had a paint that matches every single color in it, but, alas, a girl can dream.

If you look real close in this picture you can see the crackle of the paint on the bench.  (I LOVE a good crackle as long as it has nothing to do with wrinkles on my face and everything to do with distressed wood!)

I am completely loving all the different vintage chairs around the table.  What a fantastic idea!

The other piece we did was this beautiful mirror for the entryway.  The almost-black color of the mirror stands out perfectly on the fabulous chevron wall.

It's slightly distressed to let a little "old" peek out.

What a fantastic week we had!  Thanks for having us Erin and Adam, we hope you enjoy many wonderful dinners with friends and family around your newly redefined table!
